Job Overview
Heya, a growing BPO company servicing international US and UK clients, is currently seeking professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join its team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, customer-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced international environment.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering excellent service that meets global standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions professionally
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer issues accurately and within set timeframes
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Capture and update customer information correctly on systems
Adhere to company policies and international compliance standards
Minimum Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with international (US & UK) clients
Customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work on-site in Orange Grove
Willingness to work shifts if required
