Depending on the position applied for, successful candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving client queries, processing and verifying information, retrieving and managing records, performing medical billing and claims-related functions, or providing technical support services. All responsibilities must be executed accurately, professionally, and in compliance with client-specific procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and internal company policies.

Employees are expected to demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet quality, productivity, and compliance targets. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, adaptability, and the ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.

This position operates according to international client time zones and may involve evening, overnight, weekend, or public holiday shifts. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and system-based communications professionally

  • Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and escalate issues where required

  • Capture, update, and maintain client and customer data with a high level of accuracy

  • Retrieve, verify, and process records in accordance with client instructions

  • Perform medical billing, coding, claims submission, or follow-ups (where applicable)

  • Deliver technical support and troubleshooting assistance (for technical roles)

  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality, productivity, and compliance metrics

  • Adhere strictly to data protection, confidentiality, and security standards

  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, quality assurance teams, and colleagues


Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) with a neutral accent

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification

  • Strong computer literacy, including email, data entry, and system navigation

  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute with 100% accuracy

  • Clear criminal record

  • Clear credit record

  • Minimum of 1 years’ work experience in the relevant field

  • Willingness and availability to work flexible shifts based on international client time zones
