Clover South Africa is inviting motivated and unemployed youth to apply for the Customer Service Centre (CSC) Learnership Programme 2026. This opportunity is designed to provide practical workplace exposure while equipping learners with accredited skills in a professional call centre environment.
Throughout the duration of the learnership, successful applicants will be based at Clover’s Call Centre offices in Constantia Park, Roodepoort. In addition to on-the-job training, learners will also attend formal classes as prescribed by the learnership curriculum.
As a result, participants will gain both hands-on call centre experience and a nationally recognised NQF qualification, preparing them for long-term careers in customer service, administration, and contact centre operations. Ultimately, this programme offers a valuable entry point into the world of work within a world-class FMCG organisation.
