Introduction
To proactively contact existing Mobalyz clients and obtain structured consumer insights and information using approved scripts and questionnaires. This is not a sales, collections, or financial advice role. The focus is on professional engagement, accurate data capture, and positive customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to existing clients using provided call lists
- Follow structured scripts/questionnaires to obtain required information
- Clearly explain the purpose of the call and build client trust
- Accurately capture responses within CRM systems
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all information collected
- Handle questions or objections professionally and escalate where required
- Meet daily call, productivity, and quality targets
- Adhere to POPIA and internal data privacy requirements
- Provide feedback on common customer themes and insights to supervisors
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
- 1–2 years call centre or customer service experience (outbound preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and professional phone manner
- Computer literate (CRM, MS Office, telephony systems)
